Authority & Responsibilities & Understanding Chapter 4 of the IFC

The course is designed to prepare students to properly understand their authority and responsibilities as outlined in chapter 1 of the International Fire Code and the liabilities that at times can fall out of practice. Students will learn the importance of developing and putting to practice effective communication skills. Students will also understand how chapter 4 of the International Fire Code goes beyond the subcategories of State Governed Care Facilities as defined in the International Fire & Life Safety Codes.
